Zak shares what the Nomac team has been up to in June 2026, from Project Bruny hitting the plaster stage to new work on Bruny Island and beyond.

Zak here with a quick update on what the Nomac team has been up to and what's coming up across the business.

Project Bruny is currently in the plaster stage, which is a really exciting milestone for the team - it means the heavy work is done and we're moving into the finishing touches. It's always a good feeling when a project gets to this point and the space really starts to come together.

We've also kicked off a new project in the New Town area - a studio addition to an existing home. A neat little project and one we're looking forward to sharing more on shortly.

On the horizon, we're excited to announce that Nomac has secured a new custom home build on Bruny Island. Bruny has been a great area for us and it's really pleasing to be setting some deeper roots there. Off the back of that, we've also picked up two more large renovation projects - one in Birchs Bay and one in the Lenah Valley area - which keeps the pipeline in good shape as we head into the second half of the year.

As Hobart builders continuing to grow across the Hobart and Huon Valley region, we're also bringing new team members into the group to make sure we can keep delivering at the standard our clients expect. More updates to come as these projects get underway.
