Project Marguerite Update: New Home Renovation in Hobart

Nomac Built is on site at Project Marguerite in Ranelagh, working with Andy Armstrong Architects on a high-end build that's already overcome a tricky start.

We're on site at Marguerite Street in Ranelagh, working alongside Andy Armstrong Architects on another high-end renovation.

A few highlights from the past fortnight:

Squared up a tricky start, with the crew pulling down and rebuilding the external wall to get the whole structure properly aligned
Moved to LVL framing, cutting down on labour for the team down the track
Doors, windows and internal doors landing on site this week, with wall wrapping to follow
Layout locked in around a parents' retreat at the front and a children's retreat at the rear

Two and a half weeks in and full steam ahead, with the team pushing to deliver this one for our clients before Christmas.
