Works are now well underway at our Timbertop Drive project, with demolition and clearance fully completed as we move into week three on site.
This important milestone has cleared the way for a major transformation across both levels of the home. Upstairs, the kitchen and living areas have been stripped back in preparation for a brand-new layout featuring a premium kitchen with an integrated butler’s pantry.
This reconfiguration will enhance the flow and function of the home, with upgraded appliances, finishes, and storage solutions planned to deliver both practicality and style. Downstairs, the old garage and under-house areas have also been cleared, setting the stage for a new office and study zone, a reworked laundry, and what will become a cinema and rumpus room.
These additions will provide flexible family spaces that balance connection with privacy and add real lifestyle value. We’re excited to be partnering with Joinery Aspects on the joinery, ensuring a premium finish throughout, and Clark Windows & Doors, whose products are scheduled to arrive shortly and will play a key role in improving natural light and energy efficiency.
Over the coming weeks, our focus will shift to plastering, window installations, and early fit-out preparation.
Great progress has been made so far, and we look forward to sharing more as Timbertop Drive continues to take shape.
