Nomac Built kicks off a high-end kitchen renovation at Devlyns Road with Andy Armstrong Architects, alongside a second project now underway in Birchs Bay.

Nomac Built is excited to be starting a new project at Devlyns Road, another opportunity to collaborate with Andy Armstrong Architects on a high-end kitchen renovation.

Watch the video below:

The renovation will feature a high cathedral ceiling to open up the volume and feel of the kitchen, with steel-frame doors sourced from Sydney tying the space in with the outside views and outdoor area.

Off the back of the kitchen, the build will include a butler's pantry with a unique attic loft for extra storage, along with a new WC and laundry, adding real functionality to the space for our clients.

We're also excited to now be into our second project in the Birchs Bay area, off the back of a successful bathroom renovation just around the corner. Birchs Bay comes with its own considerations, from rural living to cost factors, and taking on a second project here shows Nomac Built becoming well suited to deliver high-end builds in this part of southern Tasmania.

We look forward to sharing more as both projects take shape.
