The project includes a two-storey extension to the northern side of the property, significantly increasing the home’s living area. This has allowed for the addition of a second bathroom, a new bedroom, and a dedicated laundry on the lower level.
The build has been taken back to its bare bones, with a full reconfiguration and new roofing designed to maximise solar gain and improve the home’s thermal performance to meet the expectations of a 2026 build.
It’s been a substantial project, and the team are proud to be nearing the finish line.
