At the two-week milestone, we’re thrilled to share exciting advancements on the renovation of our Kingston project.

Kingston is well-regarded for its family homes and convenient access to local beaches and services.

This renovation aims at modernising a family residence, enhancing both comfort and value for years to come.

Reaching the two-week mark is an important checkpoint in any project, particularly showcasing strong progress on site as things happen quickly.

Over the past fortnight, the Nomac Built team has successfully installed double-glazed windows on the upper floor, aiming to significantly boost energy efficiency and acoustic comfort.

The wall framing for the en suite is now also complete and additionally, a new floor system has been installed, supporting both the en suite renovation and the overall stability of the upper level. These upgrades set the stage for the next phases and ensure the home is primed for modern finishes.

Looking ahead, we will focus on plastering, tiling, and waterproofing. The use of moisture-resistant plasterboard helps keep the home dry and comfortable, along with ceramic tiles to achieve a durable, high-quality finish.

For the homeowners, these enhancements mean increased comfort, energy savings and excitingly for them a more contemporary private living space.

We look forward to continuing to provide regular updates as the project progresses.
