2026 is underway at Nomac Built, with renovation, extension and upgrade projects progressing across southern Tasmania. See what the team is working on.

With 2026 now underway, we’re pleased to share a brief update on a number of projects currently taking shape across southern Tasmania. It’s shaping up to be a busy year, with the team working across renovations, extensions and targeted upgrades, and some great transformations already underway.

Watch the update in the video player below:

North of Hobart, the team is progressing a renovation and extension that focuses on improving the flow, functionality and liveability of the home, while retaining its existing character. As the build moves forward, the changes are starting to really come together and highlight what’s possible with a considered approach to renovation.

Further south in Birch’s Bay, work is underway on a dramatic bathroom renovation, alongside an upgrade to an older deck area. What were once tired, dated spaces are being reworked into more comfortable, practical areas that better suit the home and its surroundings.

It’s exciting to see these projects taking shape and to watch the transformations unfold on site. Across all current builds, the focus remains on quality workmanship, thoughtful detailing and outcomes that make a real difference to how spaces are used every day.

We’ll continue to share progress updates as work continues throughout the year.
