Progress is moving quickly at our Oldham Avenue project, a collaboration with AKA Architects delivering a high-performing detached extension for our clients.
Andrew and Kyle from AKA Architects have been great to work with on this one, helping design a structure built for long-term performance. The team has built in a cavity batten detail using Bradford insulation and a Proctor wrap, with a drainage batten at the base to manage condensation and keep good ventilation running through the space.
It's a good example of how even a small structure can be built to last - getting the details right now means fewer problems down the track.
